Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited (KPC) are seeking a Qualified ICT Professional to join our team in a high volume environment support role to develop and continuously improve our Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions. You will be part of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation within an innovative working environment as a member of our ICT Support Team to ensure the constant availability of ICT Systems to the Business, and adjust them as and where the Business requires.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate:

  • experience and capability in SQL database administration, SQL and SSRS reporting
  • skills in SQL query development, stored procedures, functions and views.
  • the ability to assist in the key development of a robust reporting solution providing critical data to other systems
  • perform data analysis, understand applications and their associated data models and identify, articulate and document requirements.
  • an ability to successfully problem solve issues relating to both software and hardware in a fast paced, real-time environment
  • experience with integrated ERP Systems, specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be advantageous
  • self-motivation and excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a high volume environment.
  • the ability to work on both urgent unplanned problem resolution and engage in proactive ICT development and maintenance activities.
  • sound communication skills both written and oral with good listening and comprehension.
  • the ability to explain complex issues simply to a mixed audience with varying levels of technical understanding of ICT systems.
  • successful analysis, planning and Change Management of Projects and business activities
  • a planned, structured and documented approach to upgrading, testing and implementing changes to systems
  • designing and maintaining procedures and documentation for data warehouse and business intelligence solutions and support
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
